How to place an order

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please specify the color and size of the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Please check the items in your cart and the price, and click the "Purchase" button.

If you are paying by ShopPay/GooglePay/PayPal, you can also use Express Checkout, and ApplePay is also available on Mac under Safari.

Please enter your name, address, phone number, email address, and other necessary information, then click the "Proceed to the Selection of Shipping Method" button. (Our cart is encrypted with SSL)

We add the shipping cost by your address, and then click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

If you are using a credit card, please enter your card information and click the "Pay Now" button. If you are paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

Payment method

COD (only in Japan)
After confirming your order, we will send your order by Sagawa Express e-Collect courier service.
When the product arrives at your door, please pay the designated COD fee directly to the courier.

Please note that the cash on delivery fee is not displayed on the cart screen when you place your order.

After we confirm your order, we will contact you with an "Order Confirmation Email" with the amount including the COD fee.

10,000 yen or less - 330 yen (300 yen without tax )
30,000 yen or less - 440 yen (400 yen without tax)
100,000 yen or less - 660 yen (600 yen without tax )

500,000 yen or less - 2,200 yen (2.000 yen without tax) (2,000 yen without tax)

You can choose to pay by cash, credit card, or debit card after the product arrives.

Bank transfer

Please transfer the money within 3 days of the bank business day after the purchase application.
Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
